For recruitment & staffing agencies

Add recruiters without adding to your software bill

Most recruitment tools charge per seat, so every hire grows your bill faster than your margin. ZeroSub builds you one custom system you own outright: candidate database, sourcing, posting, pay and bill. No per-seat fees, no renewal hikes, no vendor holding your data.

The real cost of renting your stack

Your software bill grows every time you hire

Most recruitment tools charge per seat. So every new recruiter adds to the bill before they've made a single placement.

The tools you're renting

  • Applicant tracking system
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Sourcing & outreach
  • Job board posting
  • Pay & bill

All rented. All climbing at every renewal. You're paying more each year to own nothing.

What we replace

Run your desk, not your tools

01. Win

Roles, clients and BD activity in one place, not a CRM stitched onto your ATS.

02. Source

Candidates found, contacted and tracked in one system, not LinkedIn Recruiter plus three open tabs.

03. Screen

CVs parsed, formatted and shortlisted automatically, instead of re-keyed by hand into the next tool.

04. Place

Submissions, interviews, offers, references and compliance tracked end to end, not chased across spreadsheets.

05. Pay & Bill

Timesheets, margins and invoices that pull straight from the placement, so nothing leaks.

0 Your system

The shift

What changes when you own it

On a stack of rented tools

  • Candidates re-keyed across five different tools
  • Each new client and role set up in several systems
  • Your recruiters working across ten open tabs
  • Costs climbing with every new seat and renewal
  • Nothing owned at the end of it

On one system you own

  • Candidate data entered once, flowing everywhere
  • Each client and role set up once, in one place
  • Your team working from a single screen
  • Costs that stay flat as you grow
  • A system that's yours to keep, change and extend

How much are you paying to own nothing?

See what your stack costs

How it works

Simple to start, yours to keep

  1. 1

    Start with a free teardown

We map where your stack leaks and hand you your 5-year cost, your most expensive workflow, and a keep-or-build call on each tool.

  2. 2

    Built around how you work

We design the system around how your desk runs, perm, temp or contract, with the scope and price agreed up front.

  3. 3

    Working in weeks

Your first system is live in weeks, and you expand at your own pace from there.

  4. 4

    Yours to keep

Your code and your data, with no lock-in, and we keep supporting it as you grow.

Questions before you build

The things recruitment owners ask us first

What happens to our candidate database?

It's yours, fully. We migrate your candidate and client data into your system, and you own it outright. No vendor holding it, no export fees, no losing it if you ever stop working with us.

How is this different from just buying a cheaper ATS?

A cheaper ATS is still rented, still per seat, and still built for everyone. This is one system built around your desk, that you own. You pay once to build it instead of paying every recruiter's seat every month, forever.

Can it handle both perm and temp/contract?

Yes. We build around how your desk actually runs. Perm pipelines, temp timesheets, contract pay and bill, margins, whatever applies to you. You're not forced into a one-size workflow.

What if a recruiter leaves?

Nothing breaks and nothing costs extra. There are no per-seat licences to cancel or reassign. The system is yours, no matter who's using it.

Does it work with the tools we want to keep?

Where it makes sense, yes. We integrate with what's worth keeping, like your job boards or accounting software, and replace what's just costing you. The teardown is where we work out which is which.

How long does it take to build?

Weeks, not the months a traditional development cycle takes. We build with AI, so you get a working system far faster than custom software used to mean. We agree the timeline with you up front at the teardown.

What does it cost?

You can start small. The first piece of your system can be built for as little as $3,500, so you prove the value on one workflow before committing further. From there you expand at your own pace, with scope and price agreed up front. No per-seat fees, ever.
